After a stint in jail for fraud and forgery, Danny Desmedt is determined not to land back behind bars. But turning his back on a life of petty crime? No, fraudster Danny wouldn’t go that far.
Joël Vanhoebrouck, the maker of hit series like De Bunker, Eigen Kweek and Dubbelleven, took on the directing role for this series. For their screenplay, Philippe De Schepper (‘Eigen Kweek’, ‘Dubbelleven’) and Bas Adriaensen (‘Eigen Kweek’, ‘Vermist’) got their inspiration from the non-fiction book ‘Alpha 20’ by Kris Daels, who spent years as an undercover cop.
