The programme will guide\u00a0international scriptwriters and directors in the\u00a0development of innovative TV series projects\u00a0that were\u00a0never presented anywhere else before. Two Flemish project were selected for SeriesLab 2018, among which &#8216;Styx&#8217;\u00a0by Michel Sabbe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SeriesLab will follow the process of\u00a0creation of the series concept throughout\u00a0an intensive 5-month course\u00a0(from December 2017 to May 2018) with\u00a03 workshops. The programme will\u00a0culminate in a\u00a0final presentation of the content at the SeriesMania Coproduction Forum in Lille, in front of\u00a0an audience of international TV execs taking part in the festival. Out of 101 submitted proposals,\u00a09\u00a0of were selected to participate in the program, all hailing from Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Styx&#8217; is a tv-series in development based on the novels by acclaimed Belgian writer Bavo Dhooge.
