Mark\u2019s well-to-do father Hermann Walzer (Armin Rohde) wants to acquire the property on which the wedding takes place by any means necessary. Much to Walzer\u2019s displeasure, however, its owner &#8211; and cook for the wedding \u2013 Franz Berger (Uwe Ochsenknecht) is not in the least interested. When the first course proves less than tasty, things start to heat up. Slowly but surely the wedding spins out of control. The idyllic estate morphs into a beleaguered fortress, with the violence escalating on both sides. Walzer couldn\u2019t care less about dragging along the people on the sidelines in his personal vendetta.
